Rūta Matulevičiūtė explores human psychology and subject’s relations with environment and their affects to each other which makes the topic focus on holistic views and environmental awareness.
Observance and vision based creation introduces the spectator with the inner subjective world and channels subtle aspects of contemporary existence, of both individual and collective consciousness. With the goal to explore the unknown and transcend beyond human mind, cultural, theory cages.
Painting as a main medium is used to create objects which‘s main function is introducing immersive and experience creating moment which is also ever-changing accordingly to the context.
